All commissions are my intellectual property and under no circumstances is the client allowed to claim any commission as their own.

If I design a character for a client, from scratch or with ideas from the client, that character is my intellectual property.

Clients cannot make money off my commissions in any way.

​

Clients cannot post a commission online without crediting me in some way.

Any character I design for a client can be used by the client in ways that do not make money and do not claim that the client owns the character. These uses are limited to being private. (For example, a client could not make an animation series featuring the character and post it online even if it does not make money and does not claim the client owns the character, due to the uses public nature)

My commission prices are subject to change at any time, this includes the possibility that the price of an ongoing commission may change.

I retain the right to post all my commissions, feature them in videos, and any other uses.

Clients can print any commission(s) I made for them (at their own expense), however the print(s) can never be sold or mass produced. If the print(s) is put up in a public place, obvious credit must be on or directly next to the print(s).

All above stated TOS are subject to be changed or added to, and individual commission circumstances may call for one time changes or additions.

All above stated TOS include people who are not clients of mine.

In all above TOS, "Client" refers to any person who has been involved in a commission process with me currently or in the past.
